SpectraSherpa Cloud is intended for shared spectroscopy evaluation.

Practical Collaboration

• invite colleagues through the deployment's approved account or project-sharing path; never share credentials
• keep datasets and workflows named clearly
• use reports for review
• use Advisor to explain workflows in plain language
• preserve sample IDs and units when exporting

For formal method transfer or regulated deployment, treat the demo as an evaluation environment rather than a validated production system.

Review hand-off

For a useful senior review, share the workflow version, run identity, dataset and target authority, validation population, report and any unresolved questions. Advisor can help explain the record, but a generated explanation is not a substitute for the saved graph or exported report.

Junior-user note

Before asking a colleague for help, write down what you expected, what you observed, and which samples or units are involved. This gives both the reviewer and Advisor a checkable starting point.
